House Cleaning
We have a $75 minimum for regular cleanings. Each cleaning is personalized to the customer's needs. We'll do as much or as little as you need.
Before/After Party Cleaning
Specialty cleanings are priced at an hourly rate for any extra time needed. We're especially busy around holidays so remember to schedule your cleaning well in advance.
Move In/Out Cleaning
One time cleanings are priced on an hourly rate.
Windows
Each house has different numbers and sizes of windows to clean. Because of this, we cannot offer you an estimate without seeing the house, but the estimate is FREE and quickly done.
Deep Spring Cleaning
Deep cleaning takes additional time so that we can attend to all the important details and extra tasks. Please call in advance of when you need the cleaning to allow us to make room in our schedule.
Housesitting
Please ask us about house checks if you are planning on an extended vacation or if you are going away for the summer.

Included in regular cleanings
INSIDE:
Vacuum all carpets and floors
Shake or vacuum throw rugs
Wash all uncarpeted floors
Polish/dust all furniture
Clean window-sills
Clean outside of the washer and dryer
Clean all toilets- inside and out
Clean all sinks, soap dishes, etc.
Clean showers, tracks, and doors
Clean bath tubs
Clean appliances in the kitchen
Clean all countertop
Empty trashcan and replace liners
Toaster oven
Microwave- inside and out
Outside of stove plus burners
OUTSIDE:
Sweep entry and walk
Vacuum outside carpets
Extras
After the initial cleaning, each time we go to a customer’s house we try to do some of the “extras” over and above the regular cleaning as outlined above. We consider the following items as extra because they don’t need to be done with each cleaning, but do need to be done occasionally.
Extras (no charge)
Vacuum furniture, drapes, lamp shades, carpet edges, or wall and ceiling edges for cobwebs
Clean light fixtures, switches, above tops of doors, baseboards, pictures, vents
Lemon oil cabinets and front doors
Wash and lemon oil wrought iron front door
Spot clean doors and frames
Descaling tubs, showers, sinks
